Screen Stays On After Missed Call?

I recently noticed that the screen of my HTC One stays on after I miss a call. It eventually locks again on its own, but only after 2 minutes (i.e., the time I set for it to sleep on its own). The normal behavior I expect is for the phone to lock immediately after the phone stops ringing, as there could be various accidents if the screen is on while in my pocket.

I only noticed it recently, so I'm thinking that it's a new development, but I can't be sure.

I'm running CM 11 (i.e., Android 4.4.2). Can anybody tell me if they have this issue as well, and if not, what OS they are using? I suspect that it's a CM bug, but I'm not sure.
