HTC One turned itself off and won't turn back on. HELP! :(

My HTC ONE turned itself off and power button + volume up for 2 minutes ex. but didn't work. Flash light is still working and it's flashing green as if I have notifications. Also home and back buttons kept on lighting up since my last try of two minutes under the light. Help pls :'( :'(

How about power button and volume down. Hold them both for awhile until it forces a restart.

I've been trying that but only the home and back button keep lighting up and down D:

Keep holding them both. The flashing is good. Just need to do it longer.
