Updated Firmware/Antennas, WiFi Hotspot Won't Work Any Longer.

So I unlocked my stripped Verizon HTC One (m7vzw), rooted it, etc. I tried some ROM's, but they were all KitKat, and I don't care/like KitKat to be honest. But, everyone has their preferences. Flashed firmware compatible with KitKat/Sense 6 ROMs, then ROMs. Viper with KitKat wasn't cutting it for me, so I decided to try different ones. Hated them all, so I flashed a stock, deodexed ROM with root access, 4.2.2. Everything works fine, but going into the Settings and trying to manage my hotspot credentials, I am confronted with "Unfortunately, the process (com.android.settings) has stopped." Trying to run FoxFi, I get "Fail to activate hotspot: Fail to start WiFi mode, please try again." It used to work on my old setup (4.2.2, Sense 5.0, 1.10.605.2), but I couldn't find a RUU with that OS version. I flashed the firmware (1.10.605.10) in hopes that my hotspot would work, but there's nothing.

Any ideas/guesses?

TL/DR: Playing with ROMS/Firmware, can't use hotspot anymore. What do? I accidentally the phone.
