Why am I unable to hear the voice of an opponent (HTC One M7)?

Viber, Skype connection problem HTC One M7, operator Turkcell

HTC One M7 while using Turkcell operator, I can make the call and set up the connection but cannot hear any sound from opponent. My voice can be heart sometimes and sometimes does not.

If I make screenshot pushing power button and menu button at the same time the sound can be hear f for a second than again silence.

If I switch to another operator there is no problem. For example I have tried with Avea there is no problem.

Meantime I am trying these with WiFi not 3G.

If switch the phone with Avea operator it works and if I change the SIM card to Turkcell without turning off the phone I can run skype without any problem. Than turn off the phone and turn on again with Turkcell it is not working again.

This leads me to believe that you are not using wifi, but instead are using the mobile data from the carrier. Regardless of carrier, wifi should work just fine if you have a good connection and the device is connected.

Even it is 3G it is same.
But it is clear that I am connected to wifi.
There must be a simple solution somewhere
