No OS installed on my HTC ONE M7 ! how can i flash it ?

HI guys
I need some serious help. I tried reverting back to HTC Sense but things from the start were bad. NOW I somehow have no OS installed on the phone and no IMG in my fastboot file. I am S-ON and now my phone. Do I need to be S-OFF and unlocked to use RUU? Is my phone permanently bricked?

Please, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Ochfy. You might be about to sideload a standard nandroid backup with adb sideload. If not then you should try and S-OFF, run the ruu and which should get you up and running again. Make sure to check your h-boot version to see if you can S-OFF.
