Red explamation mark in red triangle

My HTC onem7 crashed toady mid lolipop update. Now everytime I try to boot it all I get is a red explamation inside a red triangle. My phone is not rooted, the bootloader is not unlocked and USB debugging is not enabled. (Not really sure what all that means but it seams a lot of the solves I have googled requires these) I'm not a very advanced user and have no idea what to do!! Have tried factory reset but still the same. Pleasecan some help me!!

Welcome to Android Central! That doesn't sound good--the firmware is probably totally corrupt since the update crashed in the middle. You could try flashing the stock ROM: How to Fix a Soft-Bricked HTC One by Flashing a New ROM via ADB « HTC One

hi user the very same thing happened to me last night when i was at the end of the new update and i have tried everything to no avail. did you fix this problem or have you any tips
