I have an HTC One M7. Verizon. There are some pictures scattered by date throughout the Cloud app, some from 2013, up to January 2014.... then there is nothing there from January 2014 until July 2015. A huge amount of photos are gone, and there is only about one month worth of photos in my Gallery app on the phone. I have had sync on this entire time, I haven't fiddled with the settings. It should have put all these pictures on the cloud there.
How do I retrieve these photos, and why wasn't the Cloud app working properly to save them? I have plenty of cloud space. There shouldn't be this big gap. I had some vacation photographs on there that I really want back.
