HCT One M7 stuck in bootloader screen Help Please :)

ok im stuck and i have no clue i did something as i was doing a factory reset and im stuck in bootloader mode. I have got it to unlock and relock but thats it. Im not sure if the rom is gone or needs to be reinstalled. I have looked online but not luck and was wondering if someone can help me. this is what is on my phone.
