Deciding on a case

I'm looking to buy a new case that's clear, provides protection, affordable (<$15). I've narrowed it down two: SUPCASE or Spigen.

I just wanted to know what people's opinions are about these two and the pros/cons of either.

I have the spigen ultra hybrid since August and it still looks great, almost no scratches. I recommend it
The supcase looks good but it's not clear, it's frosted

I've got the supcase. Even though it's frosted, you can still see thru it when it is up against the phone. Personally, I like the dull/flat/satin look over the shiny type of surface that comes with clear cases. But that's just my opinion. I've got the gun metal version.
