Hey guys I just got the 4.4.4 update and I want install it but I cant because I have cmw recovery I already download stock recovery from xda but do I need s-off to flash it ????

No, you do not need S-OFF in order to flash a stock recovery. You flash it exactly the same way you flashed CWM, using the fastboot flash recovery recovery.img code. I believe you'll also have to relock your bootloader after that but I am not too certain.
