How to get back to sense from GPE

Hi I was wondering how to get back to sense because I want to have a stock experience but the problem is I don't know how. It would be greatly appreciated if you can help.

You need to flash different firmware to load a Sense ROM, the partition sizes are larger for Sense- it will not fit inside GPE. You will need to get SOFF (sunshine app, etc) to let you flash firmware, then you can flash over a Sense firmware (Rogers is the latest right now with 4.2), and then whatever ROM you wish. You can also run an RUU for say the unlocked developer version of the M8, which is Sense with zero carrier stuff. RUU will require SOFF also if you are applying one for Sense on your GPE (as I understand it anyway).
