Camera draining battery - seems to have a mind of its own.

The camera on my M8 keeps starting in the background and it runs my battery down very quickly - the phone gets very hot. Even if I stop the camera app it restarts itself.

I have now had to disable the camera because this has become so much of a problem.

How can I stop the camera from running in the background?

Go-to Settings, Apps - Force stop the application, this will save the battery even I have lenovo camera app which consume my 20% battery all the time..
