Default HTC One (M8): Developer Edition vs. Unlocked

Hey I am with att and I wanted to know if that means anything to me as far as dev edition and unlocked goes. I don't want the Bloatware. Also I can't seem to find if there is any real difference between sense 5 and sense 6.

Dev edition - No bloatware, warranty isn't void by unlocking bootloader
Unlocked - No bloatware, SIM unlocked for use with any carrier that supports it
Comes with Sense 6, so you don't need to worry about 5

Unlocked should work on AT&T, dev edition depends. There are GSM and CDMA variants

    Here you go: http://m.androidcentral.com/develope...m8-ready-order

According to the post, the Developer and Unlocked version is based on the AT&T sku and the bands are listed for reference.
