Blue tooth visible to all devices.

Hello,

When I turn on blue tooth on my HTC One M8 it says "visible to all nearby devices".

I can't seem to find the setting to make it only visible to trusted devices.

Not sure if it's a simple fix that I'm just overseeing. Please advise.

In the Bluetooth screen, click the three dot menu. Look at visibility settings. Is the timeout set high? Or always?

There's no visibility toggle and no timeout for full discovery because the device is only discoverable while in the bluetooth settings. Outside of the bluetooth settings menu it's only visible to paired devices.
