    Default New HTC One (M8) Issue!!

    So I just got home from Verizon with my new HTC One and its not recognizing any sim cards I try. Anybody else have this issue?? I tried the tape method and it didnt work....

    They did but were having issues with it there, eventually it worked. Came home and rebooted the phone and now nothing....

    How many Sims did they try in the store? If it's not a SIM go back and get that phone replaced pronto!

    3... I am doing a factory reset and seeing what happens. The store is closed I am going to be bummed if I can't use this beast tonight!

    The Verizon M8 comes preinstalled with a SIM card. There's no need to insert one. Did the store take out the one that was already in there? I activated my phone from home on the Verizon website and had no problem. Have you tried to activate it online?

    It doesn't read the SIM card. I get the no sim inserted icon and message.

    Take it back and get a new one. I wouldn't feel comfortable with that device even if it starts working. It was working at the store and stopped? No thanks, give me another one.
