Returning HTC One (M8) AT&T back to stock

Hey, before I root my new M8, I want to know if it will be possible for me to return it to fully stock, so that I can send it in for warranty if need be. For instance, an RUU of some sort that will let me go back to stock.

I'm pretty sure there's not an RUU available for the M8 yet.
Without the RUU, your best bet is to search around the M8 forums on XDA for instructions on how to return to stock.

It's quite easy to do if you know what you're doing. I've just done mine. Stock back ups are here and how to removed the "Tampered" tag is here.

This is exactly what I needed, I am going to buy this phone as soon as I get the money. So theoretically, I would restore stock Nandroid, flash stock recovery and would be good to go. Does this mean that I could do a factory reset from recovery without bricking my phone in the process should I need to do so?
