Background data restricted

Can anyone tell me where I can turn this setting off. It's the symbol of a leaf in the top left corner in the notification bar of the included screen shot. It says background data restricted tap to disable. This just started showing up and I can't figure where the setting can be found. Thanks

That is the power saver icon. It means you have it turned on and it's set to restrict background data.

Thanks for the reply. Actually power saver is the one with the battery with the leaf in it. The circle with leaf is extreme mode. Don't know why it is showing up so early when I have it set for 5 percent.

Are you still having background data restricted? if so I think i figured it out.

You are right that is extreme power saver mode and it does say background data restricted. Did you try to reboot it with fast boot disabled?
