    Default Headphones disconnected

Anyone else keep seeing that their headphones are disconnected? Happened a few times and it's not after just using them either.

Disconnected, while still plugged in? Do still have audio to the phones? From my experience, most headphone issues come from dirty or broken jacks in the phone.... Sometimes just some lint stuck in the jack.

No. They weren't plugged in. And I hadn't just unplugged them either.

I must be misunderstanding the problem. If they are not connected, then they are disconnected.

I have had the same problem. I have never used headphones (ear buds) with my phone. However, after getting the recent Kit Kat update on my Razr M I noticed that when I am connected to my car's bluetooth I get a notice flashing on my screen stating "headphones disconnected". I probably wouldn't have noticed it except that when I am using the navigation feature on Google Maps, as the notification flashes on the screen, Google's voice navigation instructions cut out, which is very annoying. I tried deleting the existing bluetooth connection and creating a new one, but the problem came back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
