HTC Sync Manager won't recognize my phone after rooting.

Hey guys. So a couple of days ago i rooted my phone. i had made sure that i backed up everything through HTC sync manager. well after the rooting process was complete, htc sync is no longer recognizing my phone. I tried re-installing it on the phone again, deleted all the drivers on the computer and re-installed them. nothing works. i need to restore my phone back on here. has anyone had this issue and has found a solution? or is there another program that i need to use. I'm using a MacBook Pro.

Try De-rooting it. Rooted devices aren't covered by the warranty and theyre under no obligation to provide services to it.
