Does anyone else have an HTC One M8 that has this problem?

The touch screen mis-registers the touch location, usually above or below the actual contact point.
I've performed multiple wipes & resets....
I've had Verizon send me *THREE* Warranty replacements, and they all do the exact same thing. It doesn't seem like a software problem, as the phone even did it at the "Welcome" activation screen after a hard wipe.
The tech support folks got HTC on the line and they asked me to ship them the phone so they could repair it - 2 week turnaround time.
Could there be a bad batch of these out there?
