How do I turn this dictionary option off?

So I like that my phone underlines incorrect words, but I like the corrections that my SwiftKey keyboard does over this list that pops us when I click on a red underlined word. It usually blocks the option that I was to pick off my keyboard. So is there anyway to turn off that list from showing up but still have misspelled words underlined?

Settings > language & input, uncheck Spell Checker.
