Can I get some help with my AT&T M8 that I flashed to CM12, Unknown baseband/No sim?

AT&T: Flashed my newly repaired m8 to CM12, Unknown baseband/No sim

I just got my HTC m8 back from HTC repairs. Everything went smooth, newest version of TWRP, unlocked via HTCDev, installed w/ gapps. It says no sim and when I look in "About Phone" it says Baseband Version: Unknown. I have s-on so "update the firmware" "update the radio" just doesn't work for me, because you can't s-off this device while on 5.0.2
