This happened to my M7 and I never figured it out and it has happened again to my M8 now.. this is so frustrating.
When I open my stock HTC Camera app, I used to be able to click the little icon next to the camera shutter button to access my photo's quickly.
For some reason, that button is grayed out and when I press it, it does not allow me to access my photo's.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I already re-setting all my camera settings and still nothing
