settings > apps > all apps > look for the app .. tap on it .. then unistall

Does anyone who actually owns an M8 running MM have an answer? I was able to fully uninstall Lookout on KitKat but after the MM update, I'm unable to. As of now Lookout can't even be Disabled. WTH?

What? Lookout is part of marshmallow now. Is it there In Europe unlocked version?
I'm still running Kit Kat. Haven't even upgraded yet. Don't wanna do something that I'll regret.

It looks like Lookout is apart of MM indefinitely.

Not true. It may (or, more likely not) be part of HTC's Marshmallow implementation, but it is not a part of Google's "stock" Marshmallow.

At the bottom of the linked FAQ, it says, "Note: Lookout comes preloaded on some devices, which means it is impossible to delete the app. This is a decision made by your carrier. While you can't uninstall the app, you can still deactivate it." And there is a link to deactivation instructions.

I was able to deactivate it. Just can't uninstall it.
