My O2 contract HTC M8 won't hook up to any O2 wifi hotspots.

This is a problem i've had for a while. It won't hook up to the O2 wifi network when I'm away from home. It will hook up to other networks. Talking to O2 and one of their guru's was of little help', it worked ok in the shop.

Normally it's just a niggle but in some areas O2 are the only wifi available it's a pain.

does anyone now how to delete 'WIFI network' from my phone scan results. It's there, it's a strong signal, but i cannot hook up to it ever. I think it is something to do with O2 again, but it is as much use as a chocolate fireguard

1. They're the ones who have to help you. Run it up the chain of command if they won't escalate it.

2. If you've already connected to it, choose it and delete it. But you can't "delete" it from the list of wifi signals found - it's just showing you what's out there.
