I found an app to get rid of Power Saver in notification shade

This one works for those interested. I installed the widget, click and force close. The setting remains but the notification goes away. Cleans things up nicely. It reverts back if you re-start the phone though but that's ok, just rinse and repeat.

I just go to Settings > Apps > Power and Force Stop the app. Same functionality.

Hmmmm...You're right. I didn't realize it was that simple. I would have done it a long time ago. I guess the only advantage this has is fewer steps. Widget>force stop.
