Can I get some help with a location services issue with my HTC ONE M9?

Hi guys I'm having dramas trying to get my location services to work. It is all turned on but won't recognise it as so. Also my GPS notification is coming up constantly now. Anyone had this happen before? Or experiencing it now

Welcome to Android Central! Could you elaborate on how you know the phone won't recognize the location services being turned on? On the Settings>Location menu, is it set to High Accuracy, Battery Saving, or Device Only?

By GPS notification, do you mean the upside teardrop pushpin icon? That just means the GPS radio is active, which suggests you're set to High Accuracy or Device Only.
