I put some apps on my SD card or moved them like you can. But when I restarted my phone all those apps disappeared from my home screen I'm not sure what's going on any ideas. Wish I never let my phone die restart it.

Make sure sd card is mounted in storage settings. Sounds like its either disabled or corrupted.

When you go into settings>apps are the apps still there, or is it more like they were never installed in the first place?

No all my apps are installed and my sd card is working fine. It has to be something about android and not go to work with SD cards too well I do remember that Android is not allowing SD cards to be read as well and the manufacturers are you doing go arounds. I'm just wondering if that's what it is cuz the apps are still installed and the memory and storage is still on my SD card.
