HTC M9 Mobile Data will not turn on!

I have just returned from holiday, I turned my mobile data off while I was away by simply dragging the top bar down and turning it off. Oddly since I have been back the option to turn it back on is greyed out! Off to 02 tomorrow but just wondered if anyone else has had this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Mobile Data>Network Preference, and make sure the proper network is selected. Also, select Preferred Network, and make sure it's set to Global. If it already is, see what happens if you switch to one of the other options, then switch back again.
