Google chrome & facebook dont work when using mobile network

I’m using HTC One M9+, and using mobile internet connection. If I’m using Wi-Fi connection there is no problem with google chrome & Facebook. but only when im using mobile internet, in the google chrome said err_timed_out & Facebook can't refresh to latest news. I have no problem with other apps in my phone. only google chrome & Facebook. Can u guys please help me.

Hi, never exceeded data limit.

Check settings to make sure mobile data is on. It could have gotten switched off at some point.

It's odd for that to happen on mobile data--I'd expect to see that on wi-fi instead. It might be worth asking your carrier for a replacement SIM.

Id modify or create a new APN using IPv4 instead of the default IPv6 and see if that helps.

Interesting idea--do you know if that's worked before?

It has worked for me in the past when i was having data issues. That was 6 months to a year ago and my guess was IPv6 may not have been completely compatible somewhere between my phone and the destination.
