How to configure emergency alerts on Sprint M9?

I am trying to update the emergency alert settings on my Sprint M9 (or at least see how they are set now) and I can't find the settings anywhere. I don't have an app called Emergency Alerts or anything like that and there is no option under Settings > More. What is really weird is that I got an Amber Alert this morning and the popup had a button that let me get to a settings screen. But now I can't find how to get back without receiving another alert! Help?

Is your Emergency Alerts app hidden? Open Apps, tap the drop-down menu in the upper right, and then Show/hide apps.

Thanks for the suggestions, @davidtm and @fathom39. After ignoring this issue for a few days, I just checked my app drawer to see whether the Emergency Alerts app was there but hidden. I found it sitting right where it should be, not hidden or missing at all! Since it definitely wasn't there when I posted this thread, I guess I am going to chalk this up to some Sense weirdness that was probably ultimately resolved by a few restarts over the last several days.
