"com.android.systemui has stopped" On HTC One M9

[AC Question]

I saw the other thread talking about deleting the Google App. However, my phone shows this everytime I start my phone. After I touched on "send report" or "don't send report", the screen will turn black and blink with the original wallpaper. I tried to clear all cache, enter safe mode, but none of that seems working for me. I can't get into my phone and actually do stuff (such as deleting apps etc.)

Need serious help. This phone has been a disaster so far.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, are you saying that even in Safe Mode, you get this error message? If so, I would suspect a problem with the firmware. A factory reset wouldn't help, since it would be resetting it by using that corrupt firmware. What carrier do you have? If it's Verizon, they have a Software Repair Assistant.

Is the phone still under warranty? If so, contact HTC.
