M9 software update disaster

I've just updated my software. Now SW version 7.0, SW number. 4.14.401.7

I have lost all contact details and it doesn't show any of my call history, even with recent calls.

I also lost my security settings

Has anyone any idea how I can resolve this, it wold be truly appreciated?
