That link mentions nothing about Lolipop. It says the phone is running KitKat.
I just checked on my phone for available updates...none available.
My phone is still running 4.4.2 KitKat, which may be why it doesn't work.
The HTC news release says its available if your phone is running 4.4.4.
(which isn't available for MY Sprint HTC One Max)

I really hope I don't have to buy a new phone to see Lolipop.
That new phone won't be an HTC. They quit making large screened phones like the Max.
If that is the case...I will be buying the Note 5 Edge when it comes out in the fall.
(Same size, removable battery & microSD but same screen resolution and processor)

As of 8-27-2015 all mention of lollipop on One Max has been removed from the site...another HTC screw job. This will be my last HTC phone ever. Heading over to Samsung for that cool looking Edge model.

I know since my post in this matter I upgraded to the note 4 htc lied they said guarantee 2years with the latest update which was also taken down but not before I snapped a screen shot... I called htc on the matter and nothing was thinking about suing for false advertising but not worth it so I just moved on loving my note 4 with lolipop
