I've had the HTC One mini for a month now and it's the best phone I've ever owned by lightyears.
Unfortunately, it has stopped all audio when making or receiving calls. You can answer and connect to people, but there is no ringing or voice audio at all. Apparently I cannot be heard to the other person either.
I have scoured the settings for what might be the root of the issue but no dice. Can anyone shed some light on this? I've heard the 'Soundabout' app might work but I'd rather actually fix the issue than have to download an app.
