HTC One Mini Cheek Button Pressing

Hi, sorry if a thread is already out there, but I'm frustrated with the constant pressing of either number buttons on the phone call screen or hitting the mute or speaker buttons when I make calls. Its irritating and just another thing I have to worry about when making calls.

I was hearing that the phone should recognize when the phone is on my cheek and up to my ear, but not sure if that's true?

Please help! It's so bad it makes me want to abandon it, the speakerphone esp cuz it hurts my ears and I can't do what the phone was primarily invented for: making phone calls!

Look in settings under Calls, or in the dialer settings. Is the proximity sensor selected?

I just looked, I don't see a Proximity Sensor option
