Why has my HTC Mini Plus 4 started to force close everything?

htc mini plus 4 and i am issues with it

Everything started force closing all of a sudden i thought it needed to update so i wen to settings to see if an update was available it said my phone is up to date so i do not know the issues and i know best buy will not refund me my money since i bought it last year and i doubt they will give me a new phone so i need to fix this issue

Welcome.

First, try Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app is causing trouble.
If no go, try a Cache Partition wipe.
If no go, back up everything and Factory Reset.
