GPE Conversion for nubes?

Hi guys, I'm an iPhone native, but took the fall for the HTC one, and I absolutely love it. However ehat I don't really love, is sense, and what with 4.4 coming up I really'd like to have my phone converted to gpe edition, with ota's. Unfortunately as u can provably guess I have no idea how to go about doing this, as all my friends are still currently iPhone lovers and such have no experience with it either. As such, I turn to u guys, any and all help'd be appreciated.

(In case it helps, my phone is from the carrier telus, and I've already unlocked my boot loader)

I would like to do this as well. I have AT&T HTC One and have performed the 4.3 upgrade. Is it possible to convert to GPE from 4.3?

I don't think an exploit has been released yet for 4.3 on at&t (I could be wrong), in order to root, which allows you to flash a custom rom (GPE).

You can root your device but have to unlock via htcdev. As far as a complete conversion to gpe it will not work without s off and supercid. As if right now there is no way to s off with 1.55 hboot. But it's coming. You can however unlock, root, flash custom recovery, and then flash a gpe Rom.

You might want to look HERE, They have a lot of different versions covered and you dont see yours contact them and might be able to help

You might be better off with something like the Android Revolution GE ROM. It's my current load and I love it. It's stable, fast and I get great battery life. When 4.4 comes out I'm sure they'll be an update to that ROM quickly, it seems to be well supported.
