SuperSU has an unroot option built in. You can use that to unroot.

Use ES File Explorer to delete the Superuser files.

Download ES File Explorer from Google Play if needed
Give root access to ES File Explorer
Click on the slash up top.
Navigate to System folder, then “bin” folder, then find “su” file.
Select SU by holding on to it and delete it.
In the same system folder, navigate to the xbin folder and delete the su file.
In the app folder from System folder delete the Superuser.apk file.
    Reboot your device.
Device should be unrooted at that point.

thx, you think it was rooted by perm root with aio tool? and the previous owner forget to remove root after back to s on and locked bootloader?

Did you reboot after deleting the files? If so, check root checker again.

There's no superuser files so it can't ask for any. Did you check again?

I found only a su file in the xbin folder. No superuser apk or other su files in the other folders. I should check something else?

The Superuser apk in the apps folder, not the xbin folder. So it would be

    system>app>superuser.apk
