Help! HTC One S Stuck On Boot Screen.

Hey guys,
I know this isn't normal but I tried flashing the new R14 rom and it didnt work but before I did all this I factory reset my phone. Now my phone is stuck in the HTC boot screen I can get to bootloader screen but I dont know how to install anything via ADB or Bootloader to get it running again. Not to mention the battery is dead and wont charge.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

well i never used bootloaders, but i did use CWM on my old phone. do a hard reset (hold power for 15 seconds) then see if it will charge. then if you can access the bootloader, flash the same ROM again without wiping. and it should work. sometimes it does that with certain roms.
