Ever since the most recent update my Navigation is almost useless. I can make several turns, while the phone still shows me on the same street that I was three turns ago. Or if I'm driving down highway, I can be on the highway for four miles, but the Navigation still hasn't moved from the point when I entered the highway.

Anyone else run into anything like this?

I would recommend a HARD reset, perhaps some 'bits' are stuck after the update process.
Your update is to ICS version 4.0.4, right?

I have not had this issue at all. I expierenced the opposite. maybe try to force stop the app and wipe cache
