hello
my htc worked fine , untel it got stuck then turned off , since then i can't turn it on , the battery was full when it happened .
please help me , pressing the bower and volume buttuns doesn't help

Pull out the battery...let be for a minute or two. Connect to charger and charge battery for awhile.

Hopefully this helps. If problem persists, you might need to try a different battery, or you might have a defective phone that needs to be replaced.

thank you but in htc one s you couldn't pull out the battery

plug the phone into the wall... leave it for a couple hours. (dont try to turn it on) then hold the power button for 15 seconds (or until you see your haptic keys flash 10 times) then let go and see if it turns on
