Last night i decided that i would root my phone. simple process, and it went through easily. i loaded up CWM and than put CM 10 on the sd card. after that i loaded up the ROM and waited for a while. after 30 minutes and some reading on the xda forums, i realized that the boot.img needed to be removed from the zip file and than manually started by command prompt.

i did a factory reset on my phone and decided to start back from scratch, but now my One S cant mount the sd car. i know that you can communicate to the phone through adb... but this is unfamiliar territory for me, because clockwork mod is the only thing avaiable for me to work with.

i repeat, everytime i turn my phone on, i can only see CWM, nothing else. I cannot mount the sd card from there. i am unsure how to continue...

I also cannot seem to access the phone at all... even if i use command prompt the phone remains undetected. HELP!!

Did you also flash the boot image? After pulling it out of the zip file, you have to flash it via fastboot
