No boot after flashing/rooting One S

Hello all,

I have rooted my HTC One S today and all went fine. Up to the point that i wanted to boot my flashed rom. When i do boot a rom it will hang on the Quietly brilliant" HTC screen or when using CM 10.0 on the VM logo screen. I use V6 of CWM.I can boot into the bootloader and the recovery just fine.

Can somebody please help me? I am kind of desperat.e

It sounds like you flashed a ROM not meant for your exact model of phone. Find a ROM that is specifically described as working with your phone on your carrier, and try flashing it in recovery. Make sure you wipe cache, dalvik, and data (factory reset) before flashing the new ROM.
