Restoring back up from on phone to another

I have an Htc one, which got broken, and was replaced with a Samsung 4. How can I get my info from the HTC to the samsung...I did back up my HtC to the cloud but not to sure how to retrieve it.

It depends on what you backed up, and to which cloud account. If you mean the Google backups, just put the same Google (not gmail) account into the 4 that you had on the HTC (you can also put in the same gmail account, but it's the Google account that does the syncing), make sure everything is checked to sync, and plug in the charger. Depending on how much there is to sync, it could take hours. (Check on Google Contacts to see which of your contacts is synced - device and SIM contacts don't get synced..)

If it's another cloud account, it depends on how you backed things up.
