Just received this update on AT&T. Of course as with any software update I was too excited to remember to write down all the old info to see what they changed. Still 4.2.2 and Sense 5.0. Here's all the other info, if someone that hasn't received the update can compare:

SDK API level 5.41
Kernel 3.1.10-gf4d5f91
Baseband 2.21.5517.15_18.27.11.35L
Webkit 534.30

I found some info on the update on AT&T. It wasn't there earlier today. It says the update package is 12.7 MB and includes security updates. So, nothing special.

Talked to AT&T rep yesterday - they swear no heartblead problem in 2.15.502.1 and that 2.15.502.2 only has "performance enhancements" - never have been able to ever get a straight answer from AT&T.

Also, my phone would not install the upgrade - red triangle with red ! in it - AT&T had me - well you know the routine, do a hard-reset, try again - still failed.

Anyone else try to install 2.15.502.2 and have it fail about 1/3 way through the install? (downloads fine)

I called HTC and they admitted that 2.15.502.1 was still vulnerable after I pressed a bit. Furthermore, HTC's Heartbleed Status Update for AT&T HOX+ changed from "Integration" to "Complete" just after the release of this patch. So it's incredibly important that this be installed.

I haven't encountered the update failing, no. Hopefully HTC will release an updated RUU for 2.15.502.2.
