Welcome to Android Central! How are you transferring the video files? Via USB connection, using Windows Explorer? Are you copying to the phone's internal storage or microSD card?

Re: HTC One copy videos from computer

1) If the videos are larger than 4GB, and you're transferring thm to an SD card formatted as FAT32, it won't work. The card has to be formatted as exFAT.

2) Are you transferring the videos, or are you transferring shortcuts to the videos? A shortcut is just a tiny file pointing to the actual file. Transferring that will give you a file with no time (and almost no file size). They'll be xxx.mp4.lnk. (A shortcut file type is lnk, even though that part is hidden in Windows.)
