    Can't seem to figure out why my phone won't fully charge .

    In my experience, when they won't fully charge it's the battery. If it loses connection at times and stops charging that's the port.

    If the battery icon looks like a full charge but the status says it's not fully charged, you'll find some possible solution here (probably a few threads below this one). If it's the icon that doesn't look "full", I'd contact HTC or try a new usb cable / charger.

    Just reboot the phone and it will show a full charge. It's a bug I believe...

    I had to do a factory reset on my previous HTC. I haven't had that issue so far on my EVO LTE.
