Any chance of jellybean

Does anybody think that eventually the one v will get the jellybean update? Or do you think htcs statement is the last nail in the vs coffin? (not including newer models)

I've heard most sites saying that phones like the One V and Desire C (?) won't get Jelly Bean because 512MB of RAM can't properly support it, which I find to be bs considering my old Optimus V could run JB just fine. I've also heard an HTC employee say that what I previously said wasn't true and they're working on it. In short....I think it will, but not anytime soon, we still haven't got the 4.0.4 update with Sense 4.1 yet....I want the quick settings back
