Okay, so after much frustration I finally got TWRP on my phone, and got it successfully rooted, yay! But now, I have the .zip files for both CM10 and Gapps on my SD card, and the .zip for CM10 refuses to flash. Below I'm going to post what TWRP says when I try. Please not I renamed the .zip file for ease of identification, but I also tried it without renaming:

E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed
* Verifying filesystems...
* Verifying partition sizes...
Error flashing zip '/sdcard/CYAN.zip'
I don't know how to fix this. I've Wiped everything several times. I got the instructions and the ROM for CM10 from this website: Cyanogenmod 10 unofficial (Jellybean) for HTC One V | TechGeekal
